The Global Fellowship program supports its members with personal and professional support, tools, and collaborative entrepreneurial opportunities.
Vision : Every Ashoka Fellow a Community Member
Goals : Build, develop, and expand an Ashoka community in which members:
- Identify themselves as Ashoka social entrepreneurs (Community Building);
- Participate with other members of the community, through exchange of ideas and strategy (Learning);
- Collaborate to build a self-organizing community (Group Entrepreneurship).
Objectives :
- Global Fellowship institutes non-negotiable rituals (Welcome packets, Orientation/inductions, Fellowship Bulletin, Fellowship training).
- Members will support each other personally and professional to maximize impact and well-being
- The community will work collectively to systemically shape society.

Fellows Marketplace is a member-driven online platform where Fellows can trade skills, knowledge, resources, and ideas
Group Entrepreneurship Investments (Local, Regional & Global Collaborations, Fellow Exchanges) encourage Ashoka Fellows to solve professional, personal, and social sector challenges together
Initiative Incubators draw Fellows’ attention to urgent global issues and enable them to address these collectively

Internet Incentive Fund helps to connect Fellows to the web and other online resources
Awards and University Nominations grant Fellows further recognition for their achievements, and also broaden their horizons on relevant issues
Fellow Visits welcome Fellows to Ashoka’s global office and other offices worldwide
Volunteers and Partners in Ashoka’s network offer Fellows strategic and technical support
